Current students and alumni of AUCA took part in an extensive training programme in Poland in August and September 2013 along with their peers from Poland, Germany, and Kazakhstan. This was an the occasion for the exchange of experience, integration, developing the cooperation in solving joint problems as well as learning about tolerance and respect for diversity. The training programme covered inter alia: promoting of employability and mobility of young people, issues related to the development of civil society mechanisms and organizations, EU policies (Europe 2020 Strategy) and its Inclusive Growth priority and the measure to prevent the exclusion of the youth from the labour market and society.
