Abstract: The article praises the TOEFL exam as having gained the dominating role and leadership among all other types of exams and explains why presently it is in great demand. It raises the question of how to teach the TOEFL exam more effectively and beneficially by using new methods of teaching, new methodologies, and modern teaching tools in the walls of AUCA. The article also points out what major alterations the TOEFL exam has endured recently by continuing to develop new formats of the TOEFL exam (CBT & IBT), and in what way teaching these major innovations can be beneficial for AUCA.
