Abstract: The article is devoted to the analysis of the law-enforcement practice on rehabilitation of the citizens who were subjected to repression in days of the Stalin’s repressions, during the Soviet and Post-Soviet eras. The description of some refusals and their reasons in judicial rehabilitation (on materials of the Supreme Court of the KR) and party rehabilitation (on materials of the Central State Archive of political documents of the KR), which existed during the Soviet era is given. The question of refusals in rehabilitation has legal, moral, political, and historical aspects.
