V. S. Vlasov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Kyrgyz Republic, whose lecture was the first one under the Social Research Center’s Ambassadorial Talk project, began his lecture expressing his gratitude to the American University of Central Asia (AUCA) for having the honor of opening a series of meetings with ambassadors of foreign states in the Kyrgyz Republic. Such a format of meetings, in his opinion, will provide “better hearing, listening to and understanding each other while discussing different problems.”en_US
