Abstract: This research paper is going to cover problems with raiders defense in Kyrgyzstan. Thus, the main research question is as follows: What are the legal problems with defense methods against raiders in Kyrgyzstan? The research problem can be further divided into three sub issues. (1) The first sub-issue is to identify common reading schemes used in Kyrgyzstan. Having the raiders schemes used most commonly, it will be possible to go on to the (2) second sub issue, which is identifying defense methods against raidering used in the Kyrgyz Republic. This information will lead to the (3) third and the main sub-issue, which is the legal problems with the defense methods against raidering. The main purpose of the thesis is to identify whether the anti-raidering legislation was needed to solve the problem of raidering and what kind of gaps the current anti-raidering amendments to laws have. At the end of the thesis some recommendations will be given in conjunction with international experience of raidering defense.
